I applied for a loan on a dealership website. The guy from the dealer called me back and started asking if I was a citizen etc. etc. Because his bank needed to know. I simply said "no, not a citizen" I used my TIN number since that's what I used for my BofA credit card. Could this get me into trouble? Should I even go to the dealership this weekend?

I don't see why this would get you into trouble, the worse they can say is no. Is this a big dealership or a mom and pop type?? Here in L.A many small dealers give loans to people with no SSN

Don't worry you are not in trouble. Go and see if they founded the loan. In my experience about 3 of every 4 banks will fund loans to people with ITINs. You actually have a really good chance of getting that loan if you have a B0fA credit card. As long as you been good with the credit card you should be fine.

Yeah as long as you have good credit, you could actually qualify. Credit company does not care about your citizenship but about your money.
