Oh guys, Lets hope for the best. I truly think that yesterday we heard good news. We are in the spotlight right now. Let's face it, the republican anti-immigrant regime cannot last much longer, our numbers increase and they cannot do anything about it. Sooner or later it will happen. We, the dreamers are made of tougher stuff. Come on lets keep working hard!!! We are educated and always in history ignorance comes short of reason.

nah...I doubt the majority of americans will oppose the measure and the dems will play it as ''debt reduction spending''. Let's see how the Reps. bend it though (they're better at it).

He's not an idiot. I don't quite get how he can lose the election. It's just, in my opinion, the next president was decided when Obama caught Osama bin laden. I guess, since the majority are thinking differently, I guess it might not be true.

Maybe Obama finally realized that no matter how much he bends over and compromises and sucks up to the conservatives ... they will never, ever, ever like him, many will insist he wasn't even born here and think he is a terrorist.
Maybe he finally realized it might possibly be a good idea to stop trying to win them over and start doing something to win over someone he might have a shot at.

I admire your optimism. I am with you.

DREAMERS, do not yield; do not leave. Please wait because things are bound to change.

Intriguing outlook. For some time, Obama did project the feeling that he was trying to win support from moderate Republicans.

One can only hope you are right. If that is true, however, Obama is the most thick-headed student I have ever seen. I could have told him this was the case right after he was elected.
