Technically, no. Apparently, if you can lie your way in, you might be fine later...

I don't have an awnser but I certaintly think that it is something Obama could push, a miletary only dream act. How have other undocumented individuals enlisted. If they are able to, those politicians, I wih they would ask them and explain

I go a call this morning from the Us army. The recruiter told me I was eligible to join the MAVNI Program. My interview will be on Monday where I have to sign the papers and bring all my immigration legal documents.

Sign up here https://my.goarmy.com/info/form/GetB...rl=/info/mavni

Now to be able to get this you have to be legal some type of way temporarily. Like you can have a visa( any type), refugee, TPS just giving example. Then, sign up and you should get a call next day. They will ask you questions( tell the truth about everything). They will look through your information and by the next day they should call you to see if you can join or not.

If you need more information just pm me

The website says the MAVNI program is temporarily on hold. Are you sure they are still running it?

And, if I may ask, what health-care specialty are you, or do you speak a foreign language?

You don't really need to have any type of health degree but it's a plus if you do. I got in for simply fact I speak french and creole( two foreign languages I learned when I was in Haiti. When I go on Monday for my appointment to sign the papers I will take pictures and show you the documents. Yeah it does say it was on hold but I don't really think it is because Within 1 day they called me. So, I'm guessing not alot of people are signing in and It's was suppose to reopen sometime during 2011. I didn't thinkt hey would of took me because french and creole wasn't on the list of language they wanted but they still picked me. So, just try your luck..

Nevermind looks like both are in there....here is the list of languages:

Well, I don't speak any of those languages. Good luck in the military.

Through some of my mom's friends, I've been told that some can help me if I at least have a legal - though temporary- status. I'm tempted to say that there have been cases where the marine was deported, even after having served in the middle east. Seems that the problem is not so much as getting in, if you manage to somehow fake it, or have someone turn a blind eye, but to get out of that situation. Or if you're lucky, you will get a recruiter who will turn you in to ICE when you show up for boot camp. It's happened, and I'm sure you've read of it.
