Really? Maybe that is why mine wasn't awarded until I called them on Friday and someone did it for me in a couple of minutes. I know they changed some stuff with the academic scholarship, but I didn't think it would effect those who were awarded it before the changes.

Yeah, that's why I'm so confused. New policy or no, you would think they'd have the decency to let the current students stay on the scholarship instead of dropping them in some sick ex post facto twist, but apparently not. The lady I spoke to said about 30 HB1403 students were affected. Maybe you should double check your Peoplesoft again? If yours is fine, then at least some of us are still ok. I hope that's the case.

Oh, and I asked a Scholarships & Financial Aid guy about the TAFSA (last Wednesday) and he told me they haven't even started processing them yet, but that they would be "soon," whatever that's supposed to mean.

I got money through TASFA, they paid for both of my semesters at UNT. I got about $3500 per semester i think

Thats like super amazing. I recently applied but I was told I wouldn't know until about June. So I guess I have to wait. I'm going to UTA though.
