Democrats have all the momentum now I am looking forward for the Dems to take back the House and add more seats in the Senate. Americans are not happy with the 2010 elections.

VP can vote in Congress? Senate won't be a problem. The pressure will be on House. We have Gut talking with Rubio already.

Rubio's proposal so far is fair and it does not leave anything out so far.
What is this...I don't even. How does Rubio = GOP = GOP House = Pass DA? This is basically saying that since Rubio is a GOP member and the House is controlled by the GOP, the Dream Act will pass. Stop using logical fallacies (In this case, Non Sequitur) to fuel your fantasies. The reality is the fact that the GOP has a high chance of shooting down the DA, more so on the House side.

The thing is, there really is no way to "satisfy" the GOP side even with more watered down version of each DA (ARMs Act, STARS, etc) because they will find a way to nitpick about the borders, economy, and crime in regards to immigrants.

And Joe Biden cannot do anything during Senate vote process unless there needs to be a tie breaker (Like that'll ever happen).

I'm not too sure Rubio's bill will even be voted on in the senate. Let's wait for Rubio's imaginary bill and see how things play out.

I think that if Obama issues an EO, it will probably be limited in scope....dunno.

There's literally 0% chance that Obama will sign an executive order before elections. Why give the GOP more ammo against him?

I know that...it's pretty obvious.

If it gets 60 to pass Filibuster you need 51 Yay's to pass so VP can play a role.

And as far as rubios proposal being "fair so far" i ask u what proposal? He didnt introduce anything yet so how can u know whether its fair or not. Im talking about these STARS and ARMS bills. The age cap is bullshit. He has to raise it to 30-35.
Non-immigrant Visa, possible renewal, 5 or 10 years, you can adjust then to GC using current methods. I have seen the 2 Durbin videos lately and he talks about a 30 year old Dreamer so most likely it will be 35 or 30 with Retro. Vargas is 31.

Time will tell. I still think Rubio's proposal will pass.

There's no point in arguing with DA User.
Its a waste of time and energy.
