It's not EO. And the deferred action has nothing to do with our status changing, and without a proper status we can't enlist.

We wouldn't qualify regardless since we don't have valid visas, only work authorization.

you don't need a green card to be part of the MAVNI... i listed what type of visas you need. People with TPS can join to. It was reinstated like 1 month ago but the Dapartment of Defense is waiting to begin the processing. I'm planning to actually join with the Haitan TPS.
