Swap meet, is that like a flea market? Don't you need a form of permit to sell things there?

My suggestion to you would be that since you can't get a lawyer, seek someone in your community who helps Dreamers. There are many organizations that are helping Dreamers nationwide. Seek their help! They also have many lawyers around the country that are willing to help dreamers at no cost!

See what you can find here:

Try to get good affidavits from family members and friends that are to precisely to the point. If you can get anything, at least 1 thing from a certain year, and an affidavit for that year, it would be better than nothing. Whoever you have babysat for, get an affidavit from that person stating you have done so and so for them in that time. Be as creative as possible, look through all your pant pockets for receipts if you have to.

You are almost in the same situation as me. I graduated in 09 and didn't do nothing until 2011. So I'm missing stuff for 2010 and I'm using affidavits from my family saying I lived with them during that time. After that, I have bank statements.

Of course it is clear that many undocumented kids in the US are unable to retrieve financial, employment, or medical records because its TOUGH FOR US MAN. SO USCIS knows this. If you can prove through affidavits that you have lived with your family since whatever time until present day...I believe the officer handling your case would understand if you have provided so much evidence that you were here for so long. For instance, you have been here for almost 20 years out of your what, 21 years of life? And if you're missing, 3 years, which you are backing up with affidavits, the officer will understand.

TRY YOUR BEST TO PROVE RESIDENCY SINCE 91 TO 09.
Thanks a lot that really helps

I would submit whatever you have and try to get some non profit organization such as church to notarize that you were here last 3 yrs and you been helping them out, explain your situation to any church.

No matter what, I would still submit application and let them decide on your case, if you meet rest of them guidline and have a clean background. I think DHS will not be tough as they sound publicly since this is just for protection not for greencard and it is for dremers, they should know where we coming from.

You're stressing it too much bro. Relax. Truth be told if I was your offce I'd only ask for an affidavit given the vat amount of proof you have presented of your presence since 91 to 09.

Take it easy bro and just be diligent in providing the best info for the app! You'll do great!
