3 questions before I send it out.

I'm sending mine out today, i have three questions.

1) I know this has been asked before, but what's the consensus on two money orders or one?

2) On the top of I765 Instruction sheet it says:

Read these instructions carefully to properly complete this form. If you need more space to complete an answer, use a separate sheet of paper. Write you name and Alien Number, if any, at the top of each sheet of paper and indicate the part and number of the question to which the answer refers.

Now, I assume, this is just for the extra sheets of paper (if we need them) when filling out the application, and not to write down my Alien number on top of the application sheets. I'm just making sure this is the case, confirming. Dumb questions but I jut want to do this right.

3) On the I-765, question 1: It says write your family name in caps, and for the rest it doesn't. So would be?

1. One check or money order..
2. Yes your assumptions are correct, only write down your name and alien number on the extra sheets of papers, not the application.
3. Correct.

Money order is better.
