I would be safe and fill it out in black pen or fill it in on a computer so that it is clearly legible.

Hey guys, what if I have two last names? I've read that I should put only one last name, the one I want to stick with, on Part 1, Section 1 where it says, "Information About You", and that I should put my two last names where it says "Other Names Used". This is making me confused so I thought I'd ask you guys! Thanks in advance to whoever answers this!

Could I provide a copy of the Apartment Lease that I signed but my parents pay, for proof that I live with my parents. Also could I send utility bills that my parents pay and have the date, attached to the Lease for proof that I have been in the U.S for that time? Thank you guys! This website makes me feel as if im not alone in this, thank you!!!!

Yeah same here, although I found this and I am debating whether I should do it myself hmmmm...
This is a very helpful page on Assembling Applications for mailing:http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextchannel=fe529c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextoid=ff053d146a7ee010VgnVCM1000000ecd190aRCRD

This is from the USCIS page

Please submit certified translations for all foreign language documents. The translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate.

The certification format should include the certifier's name, signature, address, and date of certification. A suggested format is:

Certification by Translator

I [typed name], certify that I am fluent (conversant) in the English and ________ languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate translation of the document attached entitled ______________________________.

Signature_________________________________
Date Typed Name
Address

As long as they are fluent in both languages and sign this form im pretty sure anyone can translate it Hope this helped in any way God Bless!!!!
