Translated Sinaloa Mexico Birth Certificate

This is a translated birth certificate I made for my brother and I. We were both born in the state of Sinaloa. They were slightly different from each other so I made this one which I think will work for both. I took the wording from some translated documents that were uploaded on this site, and maybe changed it a little bit. They're word documents so you should just be able to add your text. Make sure someone else signs the letter along with this document to prove that it wasn't you that translated. From the lawyers I spoke to they don't have to be notarize. Hope this helps.

All of the sample translated birth certificates ive seen have a place at the bottom to be notarized. I got mine notarized just to be safe

FANTASTIC! I'm from the same state and currently having the issue of sending in my expired Matricula with a translated birth certificate because my appointment for my passport is mid September and I'm trying not to wait that long before submitting!

Yes, they don't have to be notarized, you just can't do the translation yourself.

I'm lucky enough to have had a drivers license that is valid, so I will be sending that and my translated birth certificate. I'm not sure about the matricula though.

Be Careful! USCIS specifically says that you cant translate your own documents. It can be anyone else except for you yourself. I don't know why but they are serious about this requirement. Maybe you and your brother can certify each other's birth certificates and that would work but don't risk certifying your own documents.
