No tabs, I didn't submit that much stuff. I just paper clipped that shiet into two sections: forms and IDs+evidence in chronological order. Paid with a check.

Same here i used paper clip and no tabs. I had forms on one clip evidence on another and they already emailed me the acceptance notice

I'm on the same boat except I used binder clips, because paper clips were sold out.
