Pakapoa is your ID good for only a year? I read that Florida law requires all non-immigrants to only be issued drivers licenses valid for a maximum of one year.

The DL/ID will arrive in 30 days, what i did get though is a paper while i wait for them to mail me the DL. i saw that you DL expires when your work permit expires, since i used daca work permit i-767 notices, which should last 2 years, then i think the DL will be 2 years.

she got lucky, florida is a republican state and very strict with issuing drivers licenses. Dont forget the 9/11 terrorists got their licenses down here. Florida was one of the first states to stop issuing licenses to anyone without documentation. You guys could go and try your luck, not much to lose really, just a few hours in line

did you have the 797 or 797C?

yes am 25 and florida is actually the same as cali, it's just surrounded by water and i took all the i-767 notices, don't know if they are c or not and the biometric notice to the dmv.

I live in Florida as well so I will be coming back to this thread to check to see how long the DL is valid for.

Do you think it will say temporary visitor?

FLorida driver License will all said Temporary if your not citizen nor permanent resident alien, but i tried in 2 offices here in orlando the one in Lee vista and the other in apopka with no luck, i have a out of sate license,
my case i have to renew in florida but i will definitely try that office on tuesday
