Those are the requirements and I do not see anything about a work permit on there.

where is the official thread for obtaining driver licenses? There was a good thread on here regarding that, cant seem to find it. It had an attachment of all 50 states whether they accept EAD or not.

I want to know too! No EAD (I-766) is listed...just vague documents like:

Temporary Resident Card...Resident Alien Card...Permanent Resident Card, aren't these almost the same thing?

Some states require proof of residence or legal status...other states require proof of name and birth. Find out what wording the dmv uses in your state.

I just found out that a friend under TPS, which is similar to daca in the sense that they are also grated an EAD but for other reasons was also able to obtain a license in Las Vegas, Nevada.
