Wow 2nd RFE?? Just talked to my mom, she just set me straight and told me calm down and just wait for the letter. She was like it's Friday, just wait for the letter on Monday. No big deal lol It's killing me inside lol

I am gonna be getting one of these, cuz i have no documents from June 2007 - June 2008. All i have is an affidavit from my church that covers from 2006-20012 and bank statements each month from June 2008 - June 2012. If they request further evidence all they will be getting from me is an affidavit or 2 or 3 or 4 etc. Lol

O well, if u got an RFE im expecting one as well. This sucks balls.

Yeah, don't overreact until you know what they're asking. You'll cross that bridge when you get to it.

If you want just keep us inform and I bet some of us have been through so much with USCIS we can at least guide you in the right direction.
I don't think overreacting and hiring a Lawyer will help you until you know what options you have, you have to know that this process is unique and there is no precedent.

So it seems someone who put down a social already got approved. Yay! So it's not that. Anyways I have to get out of this website and enjoy my Friday! First off, I am very sorry you got RFEd. I cant imagine how you must feel but know we are all here for you.

In my opinion, it your packet is perfectly fine. If you were able to get your biometric appointment and you even had it completed then it means its definitely not that you have to turn in more evidence from the packet. To me, the RFE is solely from the the Biometrics results. You said you dont have a criminal history and your case is more than perfect since you came here at a young age, received a H.S. diploma and even attended college. You also proved all requirements. Therefore, it definitely has to do with the SS# and your background check.

BUT, dont worry because you are not a criminal and everyone in this country who cant work make them up all the time. What I am thinking is that they will be asking you to prove that it is yours since they saw it wasnt. I am sure too that it will have an option to prove or state that it was made up and no illegal acts were made. So again im sure you will just need to let them know that it was made up and that you were confused about that question and did not know it was only asking for ss# officially assigned by the SSAdministration.

DONT STRESS, you meet all the requirements and you are not a criminal so you have nothing to worry! It was just a misunderstanding that can be easily fixed. I will pray for all you guys.

I just received the same message. My packet was pretty big, I have no idea what they could want. I never used a fake ssn, or anything. The only thing I can think of is I only had 2 items for 2007. [

Damn, that sucks.
