you can have one of your neighbors or family members make you a letter stating that you were here june 15, 2012. thats what i did and i'm in initial review right now, just make sure that you get the letter notarized. However, i also sent my college transcript from summer 2012 and my teacher made me a letter that says i was there june 18 which is when i started.

Do you have a cellphone under your name? Paid any bills? The closer to the 15th of June the better, like others have said!

I was able print out transactions from online banking, it shows the date, place, and name of purchaser (I have a shared bank acct).

On the USCIS site it states that an affidavit can only be used as a secondary document to support a piece of evidence u sent for that section of the requirement.. So basically u can use the letter to back up ur evidence that u were here around June 15..

I was thinking the same thing. Worst case they will ask for more evidence since it will be the only thing that would cause problems. Hopefully not.

I found my cell phone records online but it only goes back two months. The closest to June i could find was july 17th:/

Do you think a cellphone bill from att would help him? what about if they say " you say you don't have a social but yet you have a cellphone contract from a company that requires a ssn. You dont think they will make a big deal out of this? Just curious lol
