The way I view it is once you have your DACA approval and EAD they can't "touch" you for two years. If someone asks for a visa state you don't have one. "I'm looking to apply for a SSN and these are my required documents.
I hate when people who have no jurisdiction over matters like immigration start asking questions. Plus, SSA came out with instructions how to apply for a SSN through DACA thus there should be no mystery about this process. Be assertive but not arrogant. |
