It seems like they just rip them off, get rid of the cover letter and stuff, and feed them to a scanner, and it's not until days later when someone actually goes through them, sans cover letter or sticky arrows... interesting... |

Yeah, I regret highlighting important dates on my evidence. I knew I wasn't supposed to highlight the forms but now I'm worried the scanners can't read the other docs and be returned to me. I should have just kept it as simple as possible. K.I.S.S.! I hope I find out soon.
