I don't know why Nebraska and Texas are taking their sweet ass time...

But I wish they'd hurry their sweet asses up!

Sounds like a conspiracy theory to me. Honestly it's been two weeks. Why is everyone impatient. Just because some kid received their approval in 10 days after their bio appointment doesn't mean you should too.

At the beginning, this process was thought to be taking anywhere from 4-6 months. Only reason USCIS has been approving some rapidly is because the application numbers are low. Plus, as someone intelligently posted out Nebraska is one of busier centers. They are not solely concentrate on approving DACA applicants.

It's been longer than two weeks for Texas. Also, USCIS was going to be employing people solely for DACA.

They brought people on for the influx of applications. As we know that didn't happen. Either way it's an immigration process and as it has been mentioned every case is different. We were all fine waiting until December for the EADs until a dozen people were approved and interviewed on TV. Once again on well because Jose received acceptance a week after his biometric appointment therefore I should too.

I know the rhetoric against Republicans is high on this site but to suggest a conspiracy theory that because they are"red" states these centers are sitting on our applications is laughable. Seriously.

Still doesn't change the fact that California keeps approving, not just for the first month.

Maybe it has to with them having a smaller workload compared to the other centers. All this talk is based on rumors and not fact. Even my theory is not validated until I can show some proof but it's more plausible than the one posed by the OP.

I should have spent more time staring at my application so I could have gone to California. They need to send some of the applications over there to create a balance. :/

Dude you need to calm the f down. You should be glad that they're working this fast on our cases. Dont you know the estimated time is between 3-4 months? You had you biometrics 5 day ago and you're expecting your case to be completed. Dude, relax.

i think people from NV would be put on hold till mid summer of 2013. Then after that, they'll have to wait another 2months.
