Date Application Sent -09/20/12
The Lockbox the application was sent to - Phoenix, AZ.
Mailing Method (Express, priority, certified) etc. -Priority with tracking number
Date delivered -09/22/12
Date acceptance letter of application received -09/27/12
Date of I-797 C Notice of Action (Application Approved) -TBA
Date Biometrics scheduled -TBA
Date of EAD received -TBA

Not freaking out yet but I finally got a text from USCIS this morning hoping it was going to be great news but the text just lets you know there was an update. So I am keeping a positive mind and checked the update online and says the following

"On September 28, 2012, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail."

I know its not saying I am denied but kinda felt weird that it wasn't approved with all the evidence I provided. I am thinking about what they want more info on but I am thinking, but 2 things come to mind. One I didn't translate my birth certificate to English? or I only sent the front page of my bank statements so maybe they would want the rest of them. Kinda looking for support and some insight to this. I also called and they let me know to get back to them within 15 days if not to call them or it will be denied so maybe it just might be something minor.

Dont worry i am sure it something simple , from what others on here says it tells you exactly what they need . Good luck

I think you definitely had to translate your birth certificate. At a DACA clinic I went to the lawyer said that having a bank account doesn't mean you were here, so maybe they did need to see some transactions that were made to prove your presence here. I hope everything goes well! Good luck!

Don't worry you weren't denied... You just have to send them whatever they will tell you to send and then you will be ready to go

I think the problem was the untraslated birth certificate. Just send them whatever they ask for and u should be fine.

Do u guys write your timeline every time you guys post a comment? I copy and paste it everytime. lol. Is there any way to permanently have it? how?
