I wouldn't worry if I were you. If there's insufficient funds, for whatever reason, they'll do one of two things:
1. Reject the application (NOT Deny) and mail your entire application back to you with instructions to send the correct fee and your application.
2. Suspend processing of your application, and send you an invoice stating you should pay within 14 days of the date of the letter.
The same thing happened to my brother, and they chose option 2 to respond to him.

What he said, dont worry about it, your process will just be delayed, which sucks, but it is fixable. Ive read several times in this website about people having option 1 happen to them, and first time I read about option 2 lol, but since now there is first hand experience, hope for that one, which will be faster and will save you the cost of mailing the whole thing again. Ups and usps made a killing with us, shipping prices have gone up a lot!!! :S
