I think we should call uscis and ask what should we say if where ever encounter by CBP, ICE. It's kinda stupid to have an EAD/ DACA approved and not be able to visit city's that are close to the border

Does this stuff only happen in border states? Ive never left Florida. Its rare to see Border Patrol for me. The only check points Ive run into are DUI checkpoints ran by local cops.

its under what condition u got the EAD. C33 for us is the deferred action

I called but they were going to transfer me to another department and told me they had "high calls" so I said i would call again some other time.
