Dude I got my Biometrics done last month. I am not sure about walk-ins or anything but they have no security whatsoever. As far as parking goes, I parked my car by UMC. The process was fast, Just show them your license and the ASC appointment Notice.

It's inside. Once you walk inside the BofA building, walk to the right, past a couple of food stands/cafes, you'll see stairs/escalators, go up. It'll be down the hall on your right, I forget the suite #, but I'm fairly sure they have a USCIS type sign on their door.
When I came into the BofA lobby, at the front desk I asked where to go to, they were helpful and directed me there. Good luck with your appointment!

Yes, Make sure it is the BOA building, I entered the adjacent building and got stripped down and once i got in i was like "alright let's do this" I showed my letter to the guard so that she would tell me, I was in the wrong building.

There were some signs INSIDE for sky walk hallway/passageway or somesuch, it's quite interesting--didn't try it out though--sounded like a connecting "hallway" between two buildings.
