I have a theory. I'm a visa overstay, but I don't have the I-94. That might be my problem. Idk how to request for it, how much is it. Anyone?

Nebraska is on 17th, I did mine on the 14th, it seems like either they're picking the cases at random or some officers are way faster than others! Either way blows.

They're not picking them at random. Everyone just needs to calm down making assumptions. USCIS processes cases according to biometrics clearance and availability of staff. Once biometrics gets done it begins to make a background check. The background check is the variable that we don't know. It should depend on your name or criminal background complex. If you have a similar name to a convict, they might want to double check you are not him, which in turn takes more time. After this check you're turned into the staff. Some staff personnel are very slow so depending on who gets your case is another variable. Stop making "average days" threads look so useless by using the word "random." If they were random, we would have approvals that take 1 day and lesser of earlier applicants that did the biometrics, there is obviously a pattern there.
