Hell naw not anymore! Those white girls don't understand our situation. I was dating a white girl for about 6 months. In the beginning she was cool with me because she didn't know my status and after I told her about it and she started freaking out. I would never have told her but when we were going out to the movies together I never had ID with me and she was the only one to show it all the time to buy the tickets. She started to get angry with me and kept asking me why I never had any ID with me and then finally I couldn't take it anymore so I told her what the deal was. She didn't handle it well and thought I was using her but I told her "How the fuck am I using you if I'm paying for every single god damn thing?". All the dates, movie tickets, food, dinner at restaurants, clothes, and so many gifts that I bought for her. Like seriously I spend so much money on her and she had the audacity to tell me I was using her??

That's exactly why she broke up with me. She was in total disbelief when I told her my status. She kept saying that I was using her and told pretty much everybody about it, all her friends, her parents etc. Like bitch seriously after all the things I did for you! SMH.

Look at this way you are no longer with a person who can't be with you because you're undocumented. You'll find someone better and I hope she doesn't let you buy her all that stuff.

That's probably one of the reasons. When I told her I was illegal she automatically thought I was some type of criminal wanting to take advantage of her. Our image is tarnished just because of our illegal status. We are undocumented but we're not criminals. I would have never married her either way because I never thought of her as wife material and also my parents would have never allowed it. I basically had her as a girlfriend just to have a girlfriend. The fact that she was white made the situation even worst because they don't know what we have to go through. They're so ignorant when it comes to immigration issues.
