Date Application Sent - 9/11/2012 (NJ to Chicago, IL)
Date delivered - 9/15/2012 to Chicago, IL (CA Center)
Date E-mail/Text - 9/19/2012 3:58 PM
Date acceptance letter of application received - 9/22/2012
Date Biometrics scheduled - 10/22/2012

Hello guys, i am new to the forum but have been reading up on how things are going. I had thought that my applications were routed to Nebraska but just read again and was really routed to Texas service center. Now I don't know why but I see they haven't approved many if any applications. Any updates on that? I did my biometrics on the 21st of September. Thanks in advance

As a fellow newbie Welcome!! I think you will be okay though I have seen not many people have gotten approved from the Texas center but I think probably in 2 or 3 weeks you should get word. I'm assuming by timelines and how the process seems to be going. I hope it goes well!

hey how did you get all of that ^ specific information on your case?

Centos number Hi! The specifics of my case are according to the information I've received back from USCIS. I mailed my application certified and I could track it that's how I know when it was delivered and signed for. I got my email/text because one of the forms you fill out with your application. The form is G-114. The other date for the actual receipts arrived to my house. Then I received my biometrics letter where it said my appointment place and date. I hope I answered your question.

Ps: once you get your actual receipts you can go to USCIS website and enter your receipts numbers and check on the status of your case. You can also sign up to receive email and text updates on your case.
