Any 9/17's biometric Nebraskan approvals today!!??! - Page 2

Had my bio done on Sept 17th and got acceptance text on 10/9/12. Got text 10/10/12 that EAD card had been picked up by USPS to be delivered to the address they have on file for me and received EAD card yesterday, 10/12/12. Process went super fast for me.

I really feel that this process seems to be very random. I also have come to the conclusion that perhaps the process going by quicker for some has to do with:

1. The case officer who has your case and how fast they work
2. Perhaps the evidence one sent wasnt easily read or its not easily confirmed by the case worker in charge of ones case.

As Ive said, this is my personal opinion. I know some may take offense to it, but I dont see any other reason why people who have done their bios on or before 9/13 havent been approved yet unless theres a possibility of them receiving an RFE.

This contradicts your number 1 & 2 points. I doubt I'll receive an RFE. I had a clear cut case with plenty of evidence.

If they were going to receive a RFE, they would have done so before you got approved. It's basically how fast your worker is.

And for some unlucky people like us, we have the old fat white american processing our applications

Hey guys dont worry. I think people who applied August and did their bios on Sept will be prioritized this week and next up comin weeks. That way theyll focus on Sept applicants and so on.

Ur personal opinion sucks! If i was ur employer i would of fired u right away for not having a positive attitude.
