Exactly so USCIS might not have anything on you since your prints were not taken.

I wonder if you were issued an alien number. Maybe it won't matter cuz they didn't take any of your biometrics. But DOB? idk Just wait I guess

Thank you. I feel like this thread has taking so much weigh of my shoulders because I even told my mom that I was probably going to get deny for something I didn't do and now it seems like I might have a chance again. I really hope.

Listen all it asks is if you ever applied, now if you're not aware of ever applying, you wont be penalized for it. Just relax because you've already sent it in. Wait to see what happens and be patient because that's all you can do atm.

When you get a response from them, all your problems and solutions will be in front of you.

The thing is that I don't think I have any papers from back then, it's been like 10 years so I am thinking about calling USCIS and letting them know, I am afraid I am going to be in trouble because they might think I lied but the thing is I didn't know. I moved out when I was 17.

I was a EWI

What do you guys think I should do?
Don't do that !

You should never give more information than what was asked.USCIS is still a government agency and there is no need to stir the hornet's nest.If they have specific questions addressed to you they shall ask within the RFE itself, otherwise hang tight and continue the waiting game!

I had a somewhat similar situation. But I still have the paperwork. So I answered on the I-765 that I had applied before and it was denied. They ask to send the paperwork to them, so I did. I'm hoping it doesn't jeopardize my DACA. All I can do is wait, and so should you!
