LUD means when ur case Last time was UpDated

there are 2 types of LUD, soft and hard
and the only way to see ur LUD, you have to create a portfolio an update account in uscis.com

I checked my USPS tracking number and it shows that today they received my request of evidence packet. I hope I get an approval next week I'm so anxious, i can't even sleep or eat.

am keeping my fingers crossed for u man, even the big concern that u didnt graduate (no diploma) on the other hand pretty much u played safe and smart move when enrolling back to school, the question that remains should u enroll back in school before june 15th, what is ur RFE reason anyways.

On USCIS guidelines it states as follows;

A1: To be considered “currently in school” under the guidelines, you must be enrolled in school on the date you submit a request for consideration of deferred action under this process.

Q2: Who is considered to be “currently in school” under the guidelines?
A2: To be considered “currently in school” under the guidelines, you must be enrolled in:

a public or private elementary school, junior high or middle school, high school, or secondary school;
an education, literacy, or career training program (including vocational training) that is designed to lead to placement in postsecondary education, job training, or employment and where you are working toward such placement; or
an education program assisting students either in obtaining a regular high school diploma or its recognized equivalent under state law (including a certificate of completion, certificate of attendance, or alternate award), or in passing a General Educational Development (GED) exam or other equivalent state-authorized exam.

I applied and sent my application on August 17. And they needed my diploma but I think the officer was mistaken by my transcripts as one of the three transcripts it says Class of 2011 but when i turned 18, i had to enroll in adult school. I sent a letter explaining that I haven't graduate . I sent a copy of my current transcript which states I enrolled school on August 6th, school started on August 15, and I'm graduating in may . I high lighted on the 2nd copy of my transcript each year and even explain step by step on my letter and that I'm about to graduate in may . They also requested a copy of my passport since I didn't sent a photo id, besides my pic with my transcript so I sent them a copy of my passport in color
