We kinda have a similar timeline the only difference is that I got my bio done on the 28 no walk in.. Routed to nebraska.... Congrats!!!!!!

I couldn't take it any more. I called them up few hours ago. Pretty much repeated the same thing. I even specifically asked if my case was with an officer. I was told that my case was received on August 30, 2012, as it says in the system when I plug my LIN number in. So USCIS has three months after that to respond to me. Two months have passed. I should be approved by end of November I think. Fair enough.

You did your biometrics in October, stop being so dramatic. They're still working on biometrics from September. I did mine on 9/27 and was approved yesterday.

Received letter for biometrics 9-14-12 for 9-28-12
Biometrics done 9-28-12
Routed to nebraska

Wait and see. By the way, you should have prepared your case by yourself. The only person that cares about how your case is prepared and will put effort in it is yourself. Lawyers have so many that they dont care, plus their fees were ludacris.
