that being said, I am (as many others) very uncertain about I-765WS. I have a good job and make a good living. I am weary weary regarding this worksheet. It seems like most of the applicants here are high school kids with no income and college tuition savings as their expenses. I am wondering what the approval stats are like for the "older" dreamers that have good income, married, house, car etc.

I am hoping to go back to grad school next year so I my expenses would easily exceed my income, I also help out my family back home by sending money (which I have receipts that I would include).

I guess my question is, do you think someone that makes a good living $55K and up, could get approved as long as his expenses exceed his income?

can some of you guys that put big numbers on your applications shine in as to whether you were approved or not?

thank you in advance for your advice!!!
I'm fortunate to be making around that figure. I submitted my tax records along with my ITIN & DBA info. Till now I was approved for DACA for EAD has not been approved. I am helping the economy because my company provides jobs at retail stores such as ross, marshalls, and many others. I don't know why it's taking so long for me to get an answer. Either YES OR NO!

2 months and 9 days since app and 1 month 4 days since Bios.. I wish USCIS would just approve me so I can get a DL and update my SS card to valid for employment.

I've been part of this forum for about 5 weeks and I know there are a few who haven't been approved yet and I'm sorry I can't really say anything to make you feel better as I know how shitty it must feel. Hope there is a mass approval happening before this weekend. Fingers crossed!
Wow, looks like we're on the same boat

I'll pray for you! you should get approved ANY DAY now based on the timelines I've seen

what did you put on the three boxes on I765ws if you don't mind me asking?

Deferred action was approved about an hour after my EAD.
2:15 pm and 3:15 pm respectively. Ahhh, this is quite possibly the best birthday my mom has ever had ha ha.

Keep up the hope guys, you will get there. And seriously it comes when you least expect it. In the middle of a take home test for example.

Everyone who got their ead card today or yesterday should go apply for a social security card as soon as possible. I don't think you have to wait 10 days after you receive your ead card. I received my card on a Saturday and went Monday , and everything went smooth. My suggestion........
