It is entirely possible that after your case gets referred, a higher rep (who i assume passed down that info about this not applying to daca applicants) will determine if it should be expedited or not. I did not say my application was for DACA. I told the rep that I was only concerned about my EAD and I've applied for 812D which is temporary relief. I'm starting to believe that because of that, she took my case more seriously and it was expedited.
