BOG-Waiver starting in the WINTER semester.
If the application comes out in the Spring and you have taken and paid for the Winter semester how the hell would that work!
In my C.C. they will have the application in January, but you have to register and pay for
the Winter sessions well before January. So same deal here.
Will they give us a refund, or just not conver the winter session at all!???
