When you called, did you choose the first option, which is information regarding DACA and then chose the option to talk to a representative?

I already called and they gave me the 4 to 6 months runaround. I also sent them an email (to NSC) but I haven't gotten a response yet.

I just called them this morning to ask about my case status. Chose the option of "report a problem with your case". I gave them the receipt number for the I-765 (EAD).. they asked me what it was based on, I said I-821D. They said that they can issue a service request (investigation) for Deferred Action applications after 90 days from the date the application was filed (received). Since I'm on day 84, they said I should call back on 11/17 if its still on initial review.

So I got another week to go... hope I wont need to call.

Got approved 11/8 after waiting for so long. Be on the lookout because there is going to be a lot of approvals before 11/15 which is around when they are going to give out the numbers of approvals to the public. Good luck to everyone

Same, they gave me the 4-6 months speech.

I will try next week, maybe I will get a person that actually cares..

and i did my bios on the 28th of sept.

Here's something hilarious I found on the USCIS website:
