FOR ME ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS IM IN THE LONG BEACH , california AND I AM FLIPPIN OUT BECAUSE MY OLDER BROTHER AND NEIGHBOR FILED A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER ME AND THEY GOT APPORVED ALREADY & MY OLDER BRO EVEN GOT HIS LISCENSE ALREADY ...ITS SCARY and also because i got a misdemeanor when i was a minor for posession of alchol..but no fingerprints were taken just a ticket and some community servicee the adviser said it wasn't a threat but still its scary and its driving me nuts that i haven't got anythign :O hoepfully things work out.. i heard that it goes case by case depending on who is managing you case it might go slow or fast. it might take up to 60-90 days before approval supposfly...

Don't worry dude your chance will come just try and be a little patient. You're overthinking this and it might just be that whoever has your packet works slower or has a lot more work or who knows.

I have a question for counting the days do I count the weekends and holidays too?

I went for my biometrics on oct.10 and I haven't heard anything since. Hopefully I'll get something soon

Waiting for a little more than 2 months now since my biometrics and I live in Florida.

If you did not file with a lawyer and get notices from USCIS in the mail it says the state where it comes from....if not then whatever your case number starts with.

For example I was sent to Nebraska therefore my case number starts with LIN.

It's been 2 mths today that I went for my biometrics and still no approval!

I did my biometrics almost 3 months ago and still initial review.
