Question though, for the education section I attended more than one high school. It says attach sheets if necessary, does it mean reprint the form and add the 2nd school? Or just type it on a different sheet of paper?

I think you can just list the HS that you graduated and got your diploma from. I don't think they care too much about your HS as much as where you got your nursing degree.
