Unless by criminal history you mean a minor misdemeanor. Anyone with a criminal history shouldn't bother applying.

Tickets are nothing, your cousin should talk to another lawyer. I have 2 minor misdemeanors which shouldnt be a problem but id feel better if someone else got approved with something on thier record
