I requested a service request at 75 days and since I did not receive anything on day
90 they gave me the email for the Nebraska office I email them but they take 21 days to respond

I don't know, your name probably matches someone else's etc. they're just looking for enough evidence to clear you from any wrong doing, etc. etc.
