when i got my ead card first time, my last name was misspelled.
so i had to return it and wait for the new one
one month later i got the new one with the correct last name
went to SSA to apply for a SSN
but couldnt get it because i had to be verified
two weeks later, i find out that it was because my wrong name was still in the system not the correct one
they didnt fucking fix that but still send me the new EAD card
what the FUCK
i made an infopass appointment cuz calling doesnt fucking fix shit
so people be careful if u had a typo error on ur card and got a replacement
make sure ur new correct name is in the uscis or dhs system

Damn my EAD have to be verified by the DHS too. The SS Office said it will take a couple of weeks. My EAD have no typos though.

I was laughing.....but not at you.I had issues concerning my document delivery before and you're absolutely right about doing it in person via infopass as the issues just seem to compound using the hotline for some reason. It took almost 6 months to rectify.
