And what's in Georgia....besides Dragoncon if you're into cosplay, my friend wears a suit to all these events, and picks up chicks in HILARIOUS outfits, it's what he does for entertainment.

He's like "met a chick dressed like pikachu....also I forgot to book a hotel this year"
Cool story bro

Maybe it's just the media exaggerating, but still, after all these years of wait, you shouldn't just give up and go back home. Stay for a little longer, maybe CIR will pass in the next few years, who knows.

I'm surprised you haven't been approved yet. Wtf are they doing with your case? Have you called and asked?

In total my family paid a total of $438 dollars for regristration, my license, and the cars license plates. But now what, it was a total waste of money. I mean, should it been my fault for not waiting for the governors last word. Why would they do that? I'm just angry and crying right now. For me a driving license was awesome since I would be the only one of my family to legally drive but they just took that again now. And I just don't know, I wanted the privelegne to drive so bad for the past years. Now what? At least I can legally stay in the country and work, right? Maybe

I'd rather stay here with no DL heck with no EAD than go back.

Just stating that to clarify not all of Mexico is miserable but i wouldn't move back. My life is here.
Good for them...my cousins can suck it though.

Oh and OP you should do what arcane suggested keep it as form of ID and just try and drive safely bro it's not that hard. However, do try and find out if the cars can stay under your name just in case!

What about just moving to nebraska next door? Obviously, you get the feeling that you're not welcomed there and that's exactly the message they're trying to send you by completely disbanding the continual issuing of Driver Licenses to Dreamers.

Especially, if you live pretty close to the border say like Sioux City it's not that long of a run. I'd say it's just a walk to the other side where the grass is always greener

Dude how do you know I live in sioux city? Anyways it wouldn't help moving to Nebraska because they aren't giving driver licenses there either

Wild guess I suppose, it's the only place I've visited or heard of in Iowa for that matter. Bummer--wish I did know ahead that Nebraska wasn't given out DL's, then I could have avoided such an unreasonable post.
