It was yours then you just have to wait basically. I called to get it expedited since it was USCIS error and I have yet to hear if they granted my expedite or denied it. Also once they receive your card your status online will change to initial review. At least mine did once they received and processed my typographical EAD and paper work I sent. |

I still haven't received anything....... the lawyer sent the package out around December 7th. Supposedly it takes two months. What worries me is that I called them last week and the guy I talked to said he didn't find data on me.
I wish they could at least confirm to me they have my stuff.
So hopefully I recieve my new card by early February.
