Hi, I am new here, been reading for a while now it helps with the stress of waiting and waiting..Luisa my laywer said a bunch of cases are being transfered.So it doesn't sound like a bad message. At least you got some type of update.

Approved today. Weird thing was a week ago I received a letter from USCIS stating that the application is requiring additional research to complete adjudication and to allow atleast three months for a decision or request for more information.

alright guys, so i dont know if anyone cares, but when i got approved someone asked me to come back here and give everyone an update. I got approved over a month ago, and i got two jobs already. one with UPS and another one at a banquet hall. Got my DL, State ID, and a social security #. So everythings pretty good, I hope you all get approved soon, and its worth the wait. Good luck everyone!! =]

Congrats! Glad to hear everything is working out for you. I myself got approved a few days ago and Im waiting for my ead card to start my process of moving forward. Even though I already have a pretty decent job (Im an assistant manager of an apartment complex), knowing that soon I will have the freedom to move around without fear is priceless.

Maybe they are transferring cases to get them moving from the slowest service centers?

Yeah, maybey that's what it is..I didn't think to ask him why they were being transfered.I was feeling pretty down that day.I had gone in to give him my last payment.He told me he would write them by Feb 14th which is today..but he also said most likely they would answer back saying I needed to Wait and also to check my staus online.Which I do, everyday, several times a day.And yes, hopefully we get our stuff in soon
