EAD Spelling Dilemma - Page 2

I also had an error. I went to get my ID and my SSN before I sent my EAD back. At the DPS (DMV) office, they told me I could go back another day to get it corrected once USCIS sent me another EAD. I had no problem at the SSN office cause the error had to do with a middle name and they don't require middle names in their system.

OMFG I may or may not have farted from laughing hard at this!!!


and to OP I don't think that'll be a problem. The girl didn't even look at the back of mine! Although i've read on here about some SSA people being dicks.

This is the smart thing to do if you the error was in the middle name.

TBH, middle names are overrated unless you have a ridiculously common name.

If it was first and last, I would do EAD first then send it back. I don't have my middle name on my social or license, and only middle initial on my EAD. The back of my EAD does have my first, middle name, and last name spelled out with the >>>>>
