RFE question

I got a RFE letter in mail back in November asking for more evidence...I sent it out the following month in December after trying to piece together all the evidence they requested...was I suppose to receive a confirmation or any type of noticed that they received my RFE?? It's February now and my case has not been updated and I have yet to hear from anyone.....any information will be greatly appreciated.

So your case online hasn't been updated? Is it still on "We sent you a letter requesting more evidence"??

It should have updated to: "We received your correspondence for request for evidence," if they got it.

They might have received it but maybe they didn't update it. Maybe it's a glitch. Calling is your best source, because it seems like it's been a while.

Scary I know there's a case outthere RFE saying they RFe em in OCtober! Now that's some scary
But something scarier is on mine saying they received my App in a cool promising September and it hasn't been touched since that month before October

Don't worry, hopefully once you touch the 6 month mark you can make a service request, which seems to help some 6 month people.

My progress online is still stuck on initial review...it has not been updated since they received my application back in August and even after they sent RFE it did not change

are you checking both the i821d case and the work permit online?
i don't know if the work permit changes during rfe on the website but the one for daca does...
