Applications Submitted : Sept 3, 2012 Application Received: Sept 5, 2012 Bio Appointment: Went on October 1st and had a finger injury. They only took my pic and i had to come back on Friday Oct 5 for the fingerprints APPROVED APRIL 6, 2013 Yeyiiiah

Brother's Timeline:
Applied: Oct 30th
Bio Walk-In: Nov 27th
Approval Letter: Jan 5th
EAD: Jan 11th
My timeline:
Applied: Nov 8th
Bio App: Dec 11th
Approval Letter: TBA
EAD: TBA
Only thing that comes to mind is that he never had a record of any kind. He was like a fantasma. Always worked for cash, no ssn, no previous contact with uscis. So im guessing his background check came back blank. Must have made his application super easy to process.
I have a ssn, previous application with uscis for marriage petition, but no criminal stuff. But i submitted a lot more evidence in my app than my brother did.

Omg Rami u bring me so much hope... But on tas? I'm in the 805 w the same timeline

The first person i talked to at customer service was very pesimistic and said it could take more than 6 months and that there is no specified time for Daca that i just needed to wait. So i requested to speak to a second level officer and she was great and so helpful.
