evidence 1. if it wasnt a condom related issue, and more of a mental issue such as nervousness, stress, pressure, etc. You shouldnt worry too much.

Sex takes teamwork. So if one person having trouble, the other person shall assist. If you are healthy and cannot get an erection, it is the girl's duty to make him achieve one, either by foreplay, erotic talk or exploring what turns on the guy. different guys get turned on by different things.

guys, take notes: Foreplay goes along way.

Like i always say, play with our bodies, not our hearts.

Not going to read all the comments posted, but I will mention this OP. It was mentioned in my Abnormal Psychology class last semester.

If it isn't a reaction to the lubricant or latex, it could be performance anxiety. One good way to get rid of this if she is a girlfriend especially is to to engage in some sensual touching (while nude). Refrain from heavy kissing that causes you to lose a relaxed composure. Work on sensually touching your partner around her body, she can do the same with you. Just be sure to not touch the brest or genital area (both of you). This has a very high success rate according to my former professor.

Another suggestion could be (if you do this frequently) is to stop watching porn and to cease masturbation for a few weeks/during the time you engage in this sensual practice. Some studies show younger males and teens being more susceptible to erectile dysfunction because of the instant gratification porn gives. It essentially numbs your interest.

While masturbation isn't inherently bad for you, excessive porn is. Especially if you've moved on to the "harder" stuff.

This predicament you were in may have actually been beneficial. Imagine something like this happened?
