Middle name not spelled out

on EAD. .is that normal?
at the ssn office the receipt the lady gave me says
it can take up to 4 weeks to get verified. .uggh. .
I just want to get my license already!

Yes completely normal. My middle name isnt spelled out either.i got my ss the next day after applying

ok thank you! I think I will try to go back in on monday or tuesday to see what they say hopefully I can get a printout if it did go through. The lady just kinda made a big deal about it. .not really a big deal but she said that the intial verification didnt go through because of the middle name but that she was putting it in again and that it should be ok. .haha but still though I would rather have had it go through the first time. .then she just gave me the receipt.

Is that the only evidence you took to the ssa office? I took birth certificate and the letter of acceptance from uscis. They all have your middle name and birthday. The lady you got probably doesnt know what shes doing.

yea well she asked me for the ead. .another form of ID (matricula) and the birth certificate. .I had the letter of acceptance too but she didnt ask for that. .and yea they all have my middle name and birthday on them except on the ead it wasnt spelled out in the front but it is in the back but she didnt look back there.

Yea she doesnt know what shes doing. You wont have a problem with dmv though they dont spell out your middle name either way.

Another form of ID? But the EAD can be considered a form of ID....? Yea she probably didn't know what she was doing or having a bad day.
