I don't work with my hands at all. Whenever I got my finger prints done, the lady who was doing it was chatting with other people and I kept getting rejected fingerprints but she just let them go. I seriously just want to blame it on her because it was obvious that she wasn't even paying attention in my mind.

How much longer do you think I'm going to have to wait? It's not like I missed my appointment and this just sucks. I'm already going to be done with my second month at the end of feb.

it sucks BIG time! I am a web developer and spend a lot of time on the computer, hence the issue with my fingerprints, although the guy that did mine, didnt quite seem to know what he was doing and kept ignoring errors.

If your case is the same as mine, your case might end up taking 6 months. I am already on my 5th month after the first set of fingerprints. I called USCIS the other day and they said i should get a response before march 20th, and told me that the delay might be due to the fact that i had my biometrics twice.

Are you serious!? I hope you get approved soon! I hope maybe... hopefully that 6 months won't end up for me. Do you think I should give them a call later on during my wait? I don't want to wait because I have a senior trip planned with my friends this june to disney world and we're flying and I dont want this to get in my way.....

I hope not, i really wish you get approved soon, the wait is killing me, but I have learned to be patient, you can call them up and ask but most likely they will just tell you to wait, that your case is in process. I wouldn't be too concerned about your trip, if you have an id, or even with your country's passport you can fly anywhere within the continental usa.

Please let me know if you get approved before me. I wouldnt be surprised if that happened. lol.

Take care my friend

I got approved three weeks after my second biometrics appointment. The first letter was addressed to me by First / Middle / Last (names). In the second letter I was addressed by only First / Last (names).
