no... I did a email request .. ill call or not call depending on what they tell me in the email... oh and i also emailed ombudsman.. Its been a while so ithink i should be hearing something within the next week or so...

it should work out and heck maybe ull even end up getting approved quicker then most us , since nebraska is pretty much fresh , im guessing californias center is jammed packed which is what has caused so many delays , and yeah thats exactly what happen most of the new applications that they are receiving are being routed towards nebraska , u should receive your receipt within two weeks , a month later have your biometrics done and grom there on wait for your approval , hope you get yours quick

i think its better to call rather then emailing , do you know the exact time when you sent that obdussmen thing ?

Hey guys my status shows 821D approved and i765 document production. Will it update again in the next few days with tracking info or will it jus show up in my mailbox one day?

im actually in az but i guess they all go there ? & mines in california , and actually i do have , im in removal of proceedings which is why i was thinking thats why it is taking so long ? but i also have friends with clean records who are also waiting 5 months :/ its a bit frustrating

yea.. i sent it February 8th. and the e-request on August 27th. the day of my 6th month!.

Also... when ppl are in removal proceedings... how long do they have before going to jail or being deported?

I also read of ppl being in removal proceedings for a MISDOMENOR which freaks me out.

Cause when I was in high school at 17 i was given a ticket & court date for a fight (which was bs) and I was afraid they would put me in removal proceedings just cause my parents got me paranoid since they told me about my undocumented status. But I paid my ticket in juvi court and nothing happened.

Like do you have to go to jail for them to put you in proceedings?
