Cali service center, and we have been in proceedings since 2006.

And his timeline is same as mine, which is in my sig.

As to what put us there. Not really sure.. just know they showed up one day and took us all in. Let us go later that day, then they came and picked us up again.. then we got out on 5k bond each. Been in proceedings since.

We have received your request stating that your I-765 application is approaching regulatory time frame or beyond regulatory timeframe.

You have filed a Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Form I-821D) and Application for Employment Authorization (Form I-765)(c)(33) category. The 90 day period for adjudicating Form I-765 filed together with form I-821D does not begin until DHS has decided to defer action in your case.

Once you have an approved Form I-821D and your Form I-765 has been pending for 75 days from the date of approval, you may call 1-800-375-5283 to inquiry about the status of your pending Form I-765.

Please note: USCIS guidelines do not allow for the expedited processing of the Form I-821D.

If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

they still havent porposed anything yet , so we do not know what details are , but seems like its some what like daca , and of course seems like all applications will go through uscis , meaning theyll probably be a little strict on a persons record , hopefully theyre a bit more flexible with us who are in removal of proceedings

Fell out of status in 2001. Applied for Asylum in Canada, that failed and I got deported from there in 2004. I then entered the U.S. again in 2004 and applied for asylum, that failed as well and I was placed in deportation and have been on order of supervision since then.
