I am about to start the DACA process without an attorney, because my case is very simple, its just an overstay of a visit visa.

Now, I can get my HS diploma/transcript to send in, what other documents might I need?

I have a passport from my country of origin but it is expired, would I have to renew it?

Basically you need school record, bank statement or anything that can prove your 5 year continuous presence . Passport or any other valid form of ID to prove your identity. Also don't forget to prove your presence in June 15, a bank statement or school record will do.

As for Bank statements do I just print the out online from online banking?

My bank ststement theres a transaction on June 11th . . . I also have transactions in July
What is the significance of June 15th? BTW I thought it was June 12th?

June 11th or anything close to the 15th is good enough, doesn't have to be on the exact date.

BTW to prove I dont have any criminal records, do I need town background check or a statewide background check?

No you don't.

Once you get your appointment for your finger prints and do it it's sent to the FBI and they do all that background check.

Thanks. So far all I have is bank statements with transaction dates for most of those yrs and college transcripts.
